Customized / made-to-order items are subject to a 25% surcharge and require a minimum 50% deposit to confirm the order.

Delivery

• Ho Chi Minh City: 1–2 business days
• Domestic: 3–5 business days
• International: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and confirmed before the order is placed.

Exchanges & Returns

• Exchanges are accepted within 4 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and proof of purchase.
• Each item may be exchanged once only, for the same item in another size or color, or another item of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
• No refunds.
• Items discounted 20% or more, customized / made-to-order items, and accessories are not eligible for exchange.
• KIMTR covers shipping costs for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. For customer-requested exchanges, all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with exchanges.
• Please keep an unboxing video for any claims regarding missing or damaged items.
